Global volunteer efforts
At Snap, our commitment to making a positive impact extends beyond our products, with employees worldwide dedicating their time and skills to volunteer efforts in communities across the globe. In the U.S., Costa Rica, and the U.K., our teams engage in local initiatives that foster positive change and support those in need.
Charitable giving
At Snap, we’re committed to creating lasting impact on a global scale through charitable giving. In 2024, we awarded $150,000 in grants to nonprofit organizations across the U.S., Costa Rica, and the U.K., supporting initiatives that strengthen communities and drive meaningful change. Through our corporate giving platform, we also amplify team member generosity with dollar-for-dollar donation matching and provide paid volunteer time to encourage hands-on engagement. These efforts reflect our belief that lasting progress starts with empowered people and strong communities.
