SMS Terms & Conditions

1. You have opted in to receiving messages from Snap Finance by selecting the Communications Opt-In box during your application process.

2. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.​

3. Supported Carriers: Supported carriers may change from time to time. Not all carriers may support our SMS program. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.​

4. Delivery: We do not guarantee that you will receive any alerts under the Program. Circumstances beyond our control, including network issues, may result in you not receiving our alert. Your carrier and Snap Finance are not liable for delayed or undelivered alerts.​

5. Eligibility: The Program is intended for use by U.S. residents who are at least 18 years of age.​

Changes to Terms and Conditions: We may revise, modify, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such revision, modification, or amendment shall take effect when it is posted to our website. You agree to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes.​

SMS Privacy Policy​

1. Personal subscriber data will not be collected or shared as part of the short code campaign. We value your privacy and are committed to safeguarding your personal information. We understand the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of your information and adhere to strict privacy standards. 

Snap Finance Marketing Program - 43418

​The Snap Finance Marketing SMS program will provide offers and updates regarding the lease-to-own financing product. Examples of the types of messages you may receive include sales and promotions at lease-to-own retailers, reminders about your application, and general information about lease-to-own and Snap Leasing. ​

​You may cancel this SMS service at any time. Text “STOP” to short code 43418 to stop SMS communications. After sending the message with the word “STOP”, a final message will be sent to confirm that you have unsubscribed. No additional SMS messages will be sent from this program. To opt back in to receiving SMS messages, text “JOIN” to 43418.​

If uncertain about what keywords are supported, text “HELP” to 43418. Upon sending the word “HELP”, a response will be given with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe. ​
